Payment Policy
Last updated: 22 September 2026
How money moves in and out of your MahadevBook account, the checks we run on it, and the decisions we keep for ourselves.
1. Read this before you pay anything
This policy governs every rupee that enters or leaves your account. It applies to deposits, withdrawals, bonus funds, referral earnings, cashback, adjustments and corrections. By putting money into the account you accept it.
Every payment decision on this platform is ours to make. We may hold, delay, reverse, reduce, refuse or cancel any deposit, withdrawal, bonus, referral payout or balance adjustment, and we may suspend, restrict or close any account. Where a payment is under review, the funds involved stay frozen until that review finishes.
2. Deposits
- Pay only through the methods shown inside your account at the time you deposit. Money sent to any other account, wallet, UPI ID or number is not our responsibility and we cannot credit it.
- The account you pay from must belong to you. Third party payments are refused. If a payment arrives from someone else, we may hold it, return it to source, or ask for proof of ownership before doing either.
- Pay the exact amount you started the request with. A different amount, a duplicate transfer or a payment made after a request has expired may need manual checking before it is credited.
- Keep the payment reference. For a manual method, the reference or UTR is what lets us trace the money. Without it a claim can take far longer to settle, and may not be traceable at all.
- Deposit limits are set per method and per account and can change at any time. The limits that apply to you are the ones shown on the deposit screen when you pay.
A deposit is credited once we are satisfied it has actually settled with us. A screenshot, a confirmation from your bank, or a pending status in your app is not by itself proof of settlement.
3. Withdrawals
- Withdrawals go only to an account that belongs to you and that has passed our checks. We do not pay to third parties.
- There is a minimum gap between two withdrawal requests. If you request again inside that window the request is refused and the screen tells you how long is left.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn. Requesting a withdrawal clears any remaining bonus balance. If the request is later rejected, that bonus balance is restored.
- We may ask for identity or ownership documents before paying, and we may hold a withdrawal until they are provided and accepted.
- Withdrawal amounts, timings and available methods can change without notice. Payment providers and banks add their own processing time, which is outside our control.
4. When we hold, reject or reverse a payment
We will hold, refuse or reverse a payment, and where necessary remove a balance or close an account, in situations including these:
- the account details, name or payment source do not match the account holder, or we cannot confirm who owns them;
- identity, age or address checks are outstanding, incomplete, or the documents provided look altered;
- we suspect fraud, stolen payment instruments, chargebacks, money laundering, or use of the account to move money rather than to bet;
- more than one account is being operated by the same person, or accounts are being used together to claim promotions or to get around a limit;
- a bet, market or game was settled on the wrong price, the wrong result, or a pricing or software error, in which case we correct the balance to what it should have been;
- a balance arose from a technical fault, a duplicated credit, or an error by us or by a provider;
- terms have been broken, including the betting rules in Rules and Regulations and the general Terms and Conditions;
- a court, bank, payment provider, regulator or law enforcement requires it.
We are not obliged to explain the internal detail of a fraud or security review, and in some cases we are not permitted to. We will tell you the outcome and what, if anything, you can do next.
5. Corrections and obvious errors
If a payment, settlement or bonus credit is wrong, the correct figure stands, not the figure that was shown by mistake. That works in both directions. If an error left you short, we top the account up. If an error paid you more than you were due, we recover the difference from the balance, and if the balance no longer covers it we may recover it from later deposits or winnings. Spending money that was credited in obvious error does not make it yours.
6. Closed, dormant and blocked accounts
If you close your account, or we close it, any genuine balance that is yours is returned to a verified account in your name once outstanding checks are complete. Where an account is closed for fraud, collusion or another serious breach, we may withhold balances and any related winnings. If you are self-excluded, your balance is still yours and is paid back to you; exclusion is about stopping play, not about keeping your money. See the Exclusion Policy.
7. Disputes about money
Raise a payment dispute with us first, through the help centre, with your username and the payment reference. Our records of deposits, bets, settlements and withdrawals are what we rely on when deciding a dispute, and our decision is final within this platform. Nothing here removes any right you have under the law that applies to you.
8. Changes
We can change this policy at any time. The date at the top of the page changes when we do. Continuing to deposit, bet or withdraw after a change means you accept the current version.
